Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Deposits:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. This deposit will be applied to your service total.
2. Cancellation Timeframe:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment: Your deposit can be transferred to reschedule your appointment one time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
3. No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up to your appointment without any notice will result in the full charge of your scheduled service. You will be required to pay the outstanding balance and a new deposit to book future appointments.
4. Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited. Timeliness ensures that all clients receive the undivided attention they deserve.
5. Emergency Exceptions:
Life happens! If an emergency arises, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Exceptions to the policy may be made at my discretion.
6. Rescheduling Policy:
• You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
• Subsequent reschedules will require a new deposit.
7. Repeat Cancellations:
Clients with a history of multiple cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for services in full or may lose the ability to book future appointments.
8. Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of severe weather, I will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary. Deposits will be transferred to your new appointment.
